If you use your Lively Benefit Access Card for multiple benefit plans (such as an HSA, FSA, and Commuter benefit), our system uses internal logic to evaluate the expense, verify eligibility, and automatically apply the transaction to the correct plan.
However, in rare cases, a transaction may be pulled from the wrong account. If this happens, you can request to have the transaction moved to the correct benefit account.
Requesting a Transaction Transfer
Currently, you cannot move transactions within your dashboard. To submit a request, please contact Lively Support via Lively's 24/7 Live Chat or Secure Message with the following details:
Date of the transaction
Amount
Merchant Name
Benefit Account you intended the transaction to charge (e.g., "Please move this $20 pharmacy charge from my HRA to my FSA.")
Note: If you have already uploaded a receipt or documentation for the transaction in question, the transfer process may require additional review. Our team will verify the documentation before moving the funds to ensure the expense is eligible for the new account.
