For new users, your Benefit Access Card should arrive by your plan year start date. If you placed an order for a dependent or replacement card, please allow 10 to 13 business days for delivery.
If you believe your card has been lost or stolen in transit, you can cancel it directly from your Lively dashboard. From the menu, navigate to Debit Cards, then select Cancel card next to the affected card. You’ll have the option to order a replacement immediately.
Please note: If you have already been issued three cards for yourself or your dependents, a $5 fee will apply for each additional card. This fee will be debited from your linked bank account.
