Lively offers multiple debit card options to facilitate access to your available funds. For HSA only accounts, the Lively VisaⓇ HSA card is used to access your HSA funds. For multiple benefits that offer a card payment option, you will use the Lively Benefit Access VisaⓇ Card to access your Lively HSA, FSA, HRA and/or Commuter funds.
You can use these payment cards to pay with available funds for the Lively benefit(s) you are currently enrolled in.

Your funds can be accessed using the Lively Benefit Access Visa® Card. Eligible expenses will be pulled from the appropriate benefit account based on merchant codes. For expenses eligible under multiple accounts, HRA funds will be spent first, then FSA, then HSA. Please note: The IRS determines the payment order of these accounts. |

Your funds can be accessed using the Lively Benefit Access Visa® Card. If your Lively benefit accounts have different plan years, the funds of the plan with the earlier start date will be automatically spent first when you use the card on eligible expenses. |
