If you make a purchase with your card for an item or service that is not eligible, Lively will notify you that the transaction has been denied or that repayment is required. Per IRS guidelines, you’ll need to reimburse your account for the same amount using your linked bank account. This ensures that your account remains compliant and in good standing.
