How do I close my investment account?

To close your investment account:

  • Charles Schwab: Contact Lively Support at 888-576-4837 Monday through Friday between the hours of 6am - 6pm PST, or via Secure Message from your Lively account.
  • Devenir instructions: You can close your Devenir investment account directly within your Lively dashboard. To close your Devenir Guided Portfolio account:

    1. Log in to your Lively HSA.

    2. Click the menu (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner.

    3. Select Investments.

    4. Select Settings below your displayed balance.

    5. Choose Close my HSA Guided Portfolio account.
