Mobile Push Notifications: If your employees use the Lively mobile app (iOS or Android), they can enable real-time push alerts to stay updated on card transactions immediately after they happen.

Lively sends curated, educational communication to guide your employees in addition to standard account alerts:
Educational Welcome Emails: A tailored email sequence specific to their plan (HSA, FSA, HRA, etc.) covering account setup, contributions, eligible spending, and investment options.
Account & Transaction Alerts: Real-time notifications for key financial movements, including:
Debit Card Activity: Alerts for approved or declined swipes.
Funds & Transfers: Notifications when contributions post to their account or when transfers are completed.
Claims: Status updates (e.g., Approved, Needs Attention) and reimbursement confirmations.
Seasonal & Compliance: Timely reminders for tax form availability (1099-SA), open enrollment, and "use-it-or-lose-it" deadlines for applicable plans.
Employee Control & Preferences
Your employees have full autonomy to manage their communication frequency for optional updates. You can inform your team that they can adjust these settings at any time by logging into their employee portal and navigating to:
Settings > User Settings > Communication Preferences
From there, they can disable optional or recurring notifications to suit their preferences. Please note that for compliance and security purposes, employees cannot opt out of essential account notifications. Lively ensures that critical alerts regarding account management and security are always delivered, regardless of an employee's personal preference settings.
