The process for retroactive termination is consistent across all benefit plans. To remove an employee from a specific company-sponsored plan:
Navigate to the "Employees" tab and search for the individual you wish to update.
Click on the employee's name to open their profile.
Scroll down to the "Plan Overview" section and ensure the specific plan (e.g., HSA, HRA, FSA) is selected.
Select the "Actions" button, then click "Terminate Plan Employment".
Enter and confirm the correct effective date for the termination.

Locating the employee: If you cannot find the employee, please double-check the spelling of their name in the search bar.
