Keeping your employee roster up to date is a simple process within the Lively dashboard. If an employee was added in error or leaves before their account is finalized, you can remove them immediately without needing to contact support.
To begin, navigate to the "Employees" tab in the main menu and select the name of the individual you wish to remove. This will open their specific employee profile where you can manage their status.
Employees who have not started enrollment: if the employee has not yet acted on their invitation, you will see a "Cancel Invite" button displayed in the center of their profile page.
Employees who partially completed enrollment: if the employee has started the enrollment process but stopped before completion, select the "Terminate Employee" option located in the top right corner of the profile page to remove their partial enrollment from your company account.
