You can stop recurring contributions at any time from your Lively account, either through a web browser or the Lively Benefits mobile app. After logging in, open the menu by selecting the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner of your screen, then navigate to the “Contributions” section. From there, scroll to the recurring contributions area, update the contribution amount to $0.00, and select “Update” to save your changes. Once updated, future recurring contributions will no longer be processed.
