You can view your full contribution history anytime in your Lively account:

Log in and go to your main dashboard.

In the Recent Transactions section, click View All.

On the Transactions page, use the filter on the right-hand side and select Contributions.
This will give you a complete list of all contributions made to your Lively HSA.
