Two-factor Authentication (2FA) is an industry-standard security measure that requires anyone logging in to your Lively account to have two things:
- A code sent to your mobile app or an Authenticator App
- Your password
This extra layer of security makes it more difficult for any bad actors to commit fraud on your account. To further protect your account, Lively requires 2FA to ensure only you have access to your account and further safeguard your information.
Enable 2FA
To enable 2FA, please log in to your Lively account using this link. If the provided link does not prompt you to enable 2FA directly, simply navigate to 'Account Settings' from your main menu > Security > Two-Factor Authentication. Click here for further instructions.
Stay vigilant
Please be aware that Lively will never ask you for your password, 2FA codes, or send you links within text messages. In addition, we’ll never ask you to download software. If you are being asked to provide any of this information, please do not share this information and contact Lively directly.
