Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is an industry-standard security feature that adds an extra layer of protection to your Lively account. It requires two things when you log in:
- Your account password, and
- A unique code generated by your mobile device, authenticator app, or automated phone call.
This added step makes it much harder for unauthorized users to access your account and helps safeguard your personal and financial information. Lively requires 2FA for all accounts to ensure only you can access your information.
Security reminder: Lively will never ask for your password, 2FA codes, or send login links via text message. We will also never ask you to download software. If you encounter any of these requests, do not share your information and contact Lively Support immediately.
