Lively provides transparent access to contribution data directly within your Employer Dashboard. You can view this information on an individual basis or generate aggregate reports for your entire workforce.
Individual Employee Reporting:
To see the contribution breakdown for a specific employee:
Navigate to the "Employees" page.
Click on the employee's name to open their profile.
Locate the "Plan Overview" card and ensure HSA is selected from the dropdown menu.
Here you will see the Year-to-Date (YTD) contributions split between employee and employer sources.
Company-wide Reporting:
For broader insights, navigate to the "Reports" page in your dashboard. Two specific reports are available to help you track funding:
YTD Contributions Report: Select this option and choose a specific year to view the aggregate annual totals for all employees.
Contribution Details Report: Select this option and define a start and end date. This report provides a granular breakdown of every contribution made to your employees' HSAs during that specific period (e.g., by pay period).
Troubleshooting:
Missing individual data: If you cannot see a specific employee's numbers, please double-check that you have selected the correct plan from the dropdown menu on their profile.
Empty reports: If a generated report appears empty, verify that the selected date range is correct and that contributions were actually processed during that timeframe.
