Lively provides a comprehensive suite of reports to help you track account balances, contributions, enrollment status, and spending trends. These reports cover both Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and various Reimbursement Accounts (HRA, FSA, DCFSA, LSA, MTA, and Commuter benefits).

Accessing Your Reports
To view and download these insights:
Navigate to the "Reports" tab in your Employer Dashboard.
Use the dropdown menu to view the full list of available reports based on the products you offer.
Select the specific report you wish to view, customize the date range or parameters as needed, and download the file.
Health Savings Account (HSA) Reports
Cash vs. Investment Report: A summary of HSA cash and investment balances across all open employee accounts year-to-date.
Contribution Details Report: Detailed information on all HSA contributions over a specific period.
Employee Enrollment Report: Displays the current enrollment status and details for all eligible employees.
Program Features Report: Summarizes program adoption, including the number of cards issued, accounts with designated beneficiaries, and two-factor authentication usage.
Spenders vs. Savers Report: An overview of how HSA funds are being utilized (spent vs. saved) year-to-date.
Year-to-Date (YTD) Contributions Report: A snapshot of all HSA contributions made within a specific tax year.
Reimbursement Account (RA) Reports
(Includes HRA, FSA, DCFSA, LSA, MTA, and Commuter accounts.)
Calendar Year Spend Report: A year-long view of employees’ total available benefits and reimbursements.
Card Status Report: Details regarding the status of debit cards tied to reimbursement accounts.
Funding Summary Report: A summary of all debit transactions related to reimbursement accounts.
Plan Summary Report: Details on employee plan enrollments, elections, and available balances across all active reimbursement accounts.
Spend Details Report: A summary of both pending and processed claims, as well as debit card transaction details.
Custom Reporting
Lively offers a Custom Reporting tool that allows you to generate insights simply by asking a question via chat. Instead of pulling multiple separate reports, you can type a request (for example, "Show me total contributions by plan type for the last 30 days") to instantly receive your data in charts and tables.
You can easily view contributions, spending trends, and enrollment counts across multiple plans at once. Your generated reports can be saved, downloaded, and scheduled to be emailed directly to your or your team.
Common Issues and Troubleshooting
Unavailable reports: If you cannot find a specific report in the dropdown, please ensure that the corresponding product is currently active and offered to your employees.
Incomplete data: If a report appears to be missing data, verify that the selected time period is accurate and that your employee account statuses are up to date.
