FSA claims are typically reviewed by Lively within 5 business days of submission. If your claim is approved, reimbursement funds will be sent to your linked external bank account within 1 to 2 business days.
If additional documentation is required, you'll receive a dashboard notification along with an email from Lively to check your account. Please note that your Benefit Access Card may be temporarily suspended if the requested documentation is not provided by the specified deadline.
