You can view your Bill Pay status directly from your Lively dashboard. Each status shows where your payment is in the process:

Pending: Your payment request has been received and is being processed. This can take a few business days.

Payment Sent: The payment has been issued to your provider and is awaiting acceptance.

Bill Paid: The provider has accepted and processed your payment.

Expired: The provider did not accept the payment after multiple attempts, and it has been marked as expired. You may need to resubmit the payment or contact your provider directly for next steps.
