If your payment is still listed as “Pending” or “Payment Sent,” you can request cancellation through Secure Messages in your Lively account. To do this, open the menu in the upper corner of your screen after logging in, and select Secure Messages. Send us a message with the payment details and our team will review your request.
Note, once a payment has been processed by the provider or merchant, it can no longer be canceled or edited.
