Bill Pay is a feature that allows you to pay for eligible healthcare expenses directly from your Lively HSA. You can send payments to healthcare providers from your Lively account dashboard.
This feature helps simplify managing medical costs by allowing you to use your HSA funds efficiently and securely, without needing paper checks or external transfers.
To make a payment, log in to your Lively account dashboard and navigate to the Bill Pay section. Enter the patient, provider, and bill information as listed on your invoice, then submit your payment request.
Once submitted, Lively will debit the amount from your HSA and send the payment directly to your healthcare provider. You’ll receive notifications as your payment moves through each stage of processing, and you can track the status anytime from your dashboard.
Note: Bill Pay payments are mailed to providers and may take several weeks to be processed. If your bill is due soon, we recommend you explore another option to guarantee your payment is received in a timely manner.
