Expense Scout is a Lively feature that helps you identify potential HSA-eligible expenses from your linked external bank accounts. It automatically reviews your transactions and highlights purchases that may qualify, giving you the flexibility to submit them for reimbursement immediately or at a later time.
Once you securely link your external bank account to Lively, Expense Scout runs in the background to scan for transactions that may be eligible for reimbursement. These transactions are then presented in a list within your Lively dashboard. From there, you can review each expense, reject it, or choose to submit it for reimbursement.
Expense Scout is currently available through the Lively web dashboard only.
