Lively’s Secure Messaging feature allows you to safely share personal or sensitive information directly through your Lively dashboard, without needing to leave your account or use email.
This added security helps protect your data while making it easier to communicate with the Lively Support Team.
To access Secure Messaging:

Log in to your Lively account.

From the main navigation bar, select Secure Messages.

Create a new message or search for previous messages.
If you receive a new message from Lively, we’ll notify you by email at the address on file. Simply log in to your Lively account to view and respond securely.
