Why can’t I withdraw cash from an ATM with my Lively HSA debit card?

For security reasons, your Lively HSA debit card cannot be used at ATMs. This safeguard helps ensure that HSA funds are not spent on ineligible expenses.

Instead, you can:

  • Use your Lively debit card to pay for qualified medical expenses directly, or

  • Pay with a personal payment method and then reimburse yourself through the Reimbursements tab in your Lively account.
