If you’ve misplaced your Lively debit card or notice unauthorized transactions, you can temporarily lock your card from the Debit Card page in your Lively dashboard. While locked, no transactions can be made until you unlock it.
You can unlock the card at any time, or cancel it and order a replacement. For unauthorized activity, lock your card and contact Lively Support immediately. You can also lock and unlock dependent cards linked to your account.
Please note: once a card is locked, it cannot be used for any transactions, including through a mobile wallet. If your card remains missing for 90 days, it is recommended that you cancel it and order a replacement.
