While you cannot order a debit card on behalf of an employee, it is easy for employees to order cards from their Lively account. Employees can order dependent cards or report their cards lost/stolen from the “Debit Cards” page.
While Lively medical and commuter benefits can be used with Lively debit cards, other benefit types do not support debit cards yet.

Answer:
Lively offers debit cards for the following types of accounts: HSA, FSA, S-HRA, and Commuter.
At this time, we do not offer a debit card for LSA, MTA, and some HRA plans.
To assist your employees in reordering Lively debit cards, please share the following steps with them:

- Have the employee log into their Lively account
- In the left navigation bar, select Debit Cards
- Employees can order primary cards from this page, as well as dependent cards. They can also report a card lost/stolen to deactivate a card and receive a new one.
