Communication preferences let you control which messages you receive from Lively and how you receive them.
- Account operations: From your dashboard, go to Menu > Account Settings > User Settings > Communication Preferences. Select the notifications you want to receive and click Save changes.
- Educational and marketing communications: Use the separate marketing communication preferences page. Enter the email address on file for your Lively account, select your preferences, and click Save Preferences.
- Updating your email address: To change the email address on file, go to Settings > User Profile > Contact and click Save changes.
- Mobile push notifications: Using the Lively mobile app allows you to opt in or out of receiving real-time push notifications for important updates, such as approved or declined card transactions. To manage these, go to Menu > Settings > Communication Preferences > Toggle ‘on/off’ Push Notifications.
Preferences apply across all of your Lively accounts. Please note, you cannot opt out of essential account notifications (such as password resets or claims activity).
If you continue receiving emails after opting out, verify the email address on file in your User Profile matches the one used to update your preferences. Changes may take up to 10 business days to take effect. For additional support, contact support@livelyme.com.
