Your FSA may be temporarily suspended if there is an unresolved claim, such as substantiating a debit card claim with required documentation. During this time, you won’t be able to use your Benefit Access Card for direct purchases until the issue is resolved. You will still have access to your funds by submitting manual claims.
To unsuspend your card, please review any outstanding documentation requests or repayment notices in your Lively dashboard. Once the required information or reimbursement is received and verified, your card will be reinstated.
