If you lose a device that has your Lively HSA debit card stored in its mobile wallet, most operating systems allow you to remotely lock or wipe the device to prevent unauthorized use. For guidance, refer to your device manufacturer’s support resources (for example, Apple for iPhone or Google for Android).
You can also log into your Lively account directly to place a temporary lock on your card.
