Lively partners with TPA Stream, a trusted third-party provider, to offer Claim Sync. Claim Sync is a feature that securely connects your health insurance plan(s) to your Lively account. Processed medical, dental, and vision claims are automatically imported into your Lively dashboard to help you easily review, manage, and take action on eligible expenses.
When you connect your health insurance plan, your login credentials are transmitted securely to TPA Stream solely for authentication purposes. Lively does not store your insurance plan passwords or share your personal information beyond what’s required to enable the connection.
TPA Stream maintains high standards of data protection. Their secure cloud environment is HIPAA-compliant and SOC 2 Type II certified, with all data encrypted both in transit and at rest.
