Claim Sync is a Lively feature that securely imports processed claims from your health insurance plan(s) into your Lively dashboard. This helps you easily view, organize, and manage your healthcare expenses in one place.
Once connected, Claim Sync retrieves claims directly from your insurance plan and displays them on your Claim Sync dashboard. From there, you can:

Review and reimburse eligible expenses using your Lively account

Automatically substantiate certain FSA or HRA claims using your insurance data

Match imported claims to payments made with your Lively debit card

Archive older claims to keep your dashboard organized
All actions taken within Claim Sync, such as reimbursements or archiving, are reflected only in your Lively account and do not affect your health insurance plan.
To get started, log in to your Lively account, navigate to Claim Sync from the main menu, and follow the prompts to connect your health insurance provider. Once connected, your claims will begin importing automatically, typically within a few minutes.
If you don’t see your plan listed, note that Lively partners with TPA Stream to provide this feature, and available plans are determined by their system.
