To start using the Eligibility Scanner in the Lively mobile app:

Open the app and navigate to the top-left menu.

Select Eligibility Scanner.

Accept the terms and conditions, and grant permission for the app to use your device’s camera if prompted.

Position the barcode of the product clearly within your camera view. Your device will automatically scan the barcode.

Once scanned, you’ll see whether the item is eligible for purchase or reimbursement with your HSA or General Purpose FSA (GPFSA) funds.
From the Scan Results page, tap Done to return to your home screen or View Eligible Expenses to explore additional details about covered items.
