If you suspect your debit card has been lost or stolen, you can cancel it by logging into your dashboard, navigating to “Debit cards” from the menu, selecting the three dots next to the appropriate card, and clicking “Cancel Card”. You will be prompted to select the cancellation reason, and then choose "Cancel and replace".
Please note that if you have already been issued 3* FSA debit cards for yourself or your dependents, you will be charged a $5 fee for each additional debit card. The $5 fee will be debited from your linked bank account.
