For new users, you should receive your FSA debit card in the mail by your health plan start date.
If you placed an order for a dependent or replacement card, it can take up to 3 weeks for your debit card to reach you, although most users receive it much sooner.
If you suspect your debit card has been lost or stolen en route, you can deactivate it by logging into your dashboard, navigating to “Debit cards” from the menu, and clicking “Report lost/stolen” next to the appropriate card. You will have an opportunity to order a replacement card at that time.
Please note that if you have already been issued 2 FSA debit cards for yourself or your dependents, you will be charged a $5 fee for each additional debit card.
