Your Lively FSA debit card makes it easy to pay for eligible expenses as defined by the IRS. Depending on where you use it, many transactions can be auto-substantiated, and no additional action is required from you. But this may vary depending on the provider or merchant:
If you have a Medical FSA, you can pay with your FSA debit card at most healthcare providers or other eligible merchants. If you have a Limited Purpose FSA, you can pay with your FSA debit card at vision or dental providers only.
Due to the type of eligible expenses for Dependent Care FSA, you can expect to pay out-of-pocket for most services and then submit claims for reimbursement.
