This feature is available for our Visa and Mastercard debit cards and compatible with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay mobile wallet.
A few reasons you may be running into issues:
- If you are an HSA account holder through one of our partnerships, the mobile wallet feature may not be available yet. We will notify you as soon as it becomes available.
- Recently activated cards may not be added to your mobile wallet immediately due to security review by your mobile wallet provider.
Still having issues? We encourage you to look up the error on your mobile wallet provider’s website to see if they have any established guidance. If you reach out to Lively Support, please include any Error Codes you encountered for reference.
