To remove an employee that has never completed their enrollment from your company account, please select the employee name under the ‘Employees’ tab of the main left menu. This will lead you to the employee profile.
If the employee has not started their enrollment, simply select the ‘Cancel Invite’ option on their employee page displayed in the center.
If the employee has started, but not completed their enrollment, please select the ‘Terminate Employee’ option on the top right corner to remove their partial enrollment from your company account.
