How often can employees change their contribution election?

If employee elections are managed by Lively, employees can change them as often as they like. If we are integrated with your benefits administration platform or other third-party platform, the frequency is determined by them.

Note that the IRS requires employers to allow contribution changes throughout the year with some discretion for the employer to set maximum frequency.
