We have added secure messaging within our HSA experience to better protect our customers and make it even easier to share secure information with Lively.
This eliminates the need to leave the Lively dashboard to send any personal or sensitive information. You can now send those details quickly and securely as you review your HSA.
Log into Lively and use the navigation bar to find the message center. There you can create a new message or search for old ones.
If you receive a new message from the Lively Support Team, you will be immediately notified via the email address we have on file. You can then log into Lively to view and respond to your secure message.Updated:
