The HSA contribution limits are set by the IRS and are adjusted for inflation each year.
For 2025, the HSA maximum contribution limit is $4,300 for an individual and $8,550 for a family.
For 2024, the HSA maximum contribution limit is $4,150 for an individual and $8,300 for a family.
If the account holder is 55 or older, an additional catch-up contribution of up to $1,000 also applies.
