What are my options if I’ve misplaced or noticed unauthorized transactions on my Lively debit card?
You can temporarily lock your debit card through the Debit Card page on your dashboard. Locking your card prevents further transactions on your card until you unlock it. You may reactivate it at any time, or cancel it and order a replacement. For unauthorized transactions, lock your debit card and contact Support as soon as possible.
Can I temporarily lock a dependent card?
Yes, you are able to lock and unlock any cards associated with your account.
Can I use my Lively debit card through my mobile wallet once I’ve locked it?
No. Once you’ve locked your Lively debit card(s), you will be unable to make any further transactions with your mobile wallet.
How long can I keep my debit card locked?
We recommend canceling your existing card and ordering a replacement if you are unable to find it after 90 days.
